A key design focus is enhancing liveability through seamless access to amenities, with the retail park serving as a social and commercial hub. Pedestrian pathways are carefully curated to ensure accessibility while harmonizing with the natural landscape, creating an inviting and walkable public realm.

Incorporating an affordable housing component near the MRT station reinforces the commitment to inclusive urban living, strategically positioning homes for enhanced connectivity and convenience, particularly benefiting the target demographic.
