The development integrates a retail park with four distinct serviced apartment towers, fostering a vibrant and interconnected urban environment.

A key design focus is enhancing liveability through seamless access to amenities, with the retail park serving as a social and commercial hub. Pedestrian pathways are carefully curated to ensure accessibility while harmonizing with the natural landscape, creating an inviting and walkable public realm.
