QUB is an office complex housing 564 suites in Empire City which is located at the intersection of the Damansara-Puchong Expressway, Penchala Link and the DASH Expressway. The design concept of the office spaces is inspired by modern design that aims to attract new small and start-up business.

 

The building comprises of 4 storeys units, 1 roof top facilities, including swimming pool, games room, lounge, gymnasium & landscape area.

 

The façade is cladded with mild steel perforated screen as shading devices. Pocket gardens scattered throughout the buildings allows natural daylight to fill the building. The atriums also bring in natural daylight, illuminating the community ramp at the heart of the building.
